I'm not sure if this was a really smart thing for Tor to do, because let's face it, it still hurts even when you're let down "easy". Me, I'm having one of those slow years in which most of my work submitted is rejected; I think my ratio's 20-23 or so rejection-wise. Nope, not a good one!
